अक्सर जब तुम नया जान लेती हो कुछ कभी
मैं भी, खुद को ज़रा सा और पा लिया करता हूँ

कुछ गुज़रे लम्हे फिर वापिस जी उठा करते हैं।

Often when you learn about something new,
I discover a bit more of my own self as well,

Some moments past, come alive once again.

ये तड़प है हमारी जो हक़ीक़त बना देती है इसे

It is definitely felt but no longer exists,
It is this yearning which makes it real,

This distance of 929 miles between us.

उमस दिन ब दिन कम हो रही है हवाओं में
मौसम दिन ब दिन और बरसाती हो रहा है

मुलाक़ात की तरक़ीबें और सोचनी हैं अब।

The breeze gets less humid day by day,
The weather grows rainier day by day,

Got to think of new tricks of meetings.
