ग़ुज़रता

वक़्त का ज़हन नहीं होता, बस टाँगे जो थकतीं नहीं
हर लम्हा ठहरा और बस वक़्त ही है जो ग़ुज़रता है

यूँ ही मेरे बालों में अपनी उँगलियाँ उलझाया करो।

Time has no consciousness, only legs which never tire,
Every moment has paused and just time which passes,
